New Riner Animal Clinic in Riner, VA

This project involves the replacement of the existing Riner Animal Clinic in Riner, VA. 5 Design collaborated closely with the owners through an iterative conceptual design process, ultimately arriving at a finalized concept that is now in the budgeting and pre-construction phase. The new single-story facility will feature a welcoming reception and waiting area, exam and treatment rooms, boarding areas for cats, dogs, and other small animals, as well as office space, surgery, lab, and radiology rooms. The building’s façade is designed to complement and celebrate its pastoral rural setting, blending seamlessly with the surrounding landscape.
